 Mission

        The Greek Culture Society derives its inspiration from paidea,  a symbolic name. Paidea is a symbolic name because it cannot be contained by a simple definition. It encompasses the ideals of Greek Culture and incorporates all the modern expressions such as civilization, culture, tradition, literature or education. 

          In a parallel manner, the Greek Culture Society will offer the community of peoples, all aspects of what paidea represents. But it will do it with whatever communicative technologies are available. The ideals of Greek culture, both ancient and contemporary, will be offered to the world community on the internet, on CDs, on DVDs, and in written publications. It will be the creative talents of people in the ancient and modern world that will place boundaries on the Society's offerings. The Society's goal is to enrich the artistic and cultural environment of the peoples of the world.
